Fansly Chatters and Chat Management

Last updated

Fansly chatters are the people who answer your paid messages, sell custom content and handle tips while you are asleep or filming. Ours are trained staff working shifts, not bots and not scripts run on autopilot. You set the boundaries in writing before anyone logs in, and the chat team works inside them.

Are Fansly chatters bots?

Ours are people. We use software to track conversations and flag who has gone quiet, and a human writes every message that reaches a subscriber. The best setup we have run is a trained chatter with an assistant tool, rather than either one alone.

This matters commercially as well as ethically. Subscribers who work out they are talking to a script tend to cancel, and a refund request is worse than a slow reply.

What do the chatters actually sell?

Revenue typeWhat the chat team does
Paid messagesWrites and prices the offer, tracks who opened and who bought
TipsAsks at the right point in a conversation rather than on a timer
CustomsTakes the brief, checks it against your limits, passes it to you
RenewalsContacts subscribers before the billing date, not after they cancel

How do you set the boundaries?

Before anyone logs in, we write down what is not on offer: acts you do not perform, words you do not use, topics you will not discuss, and anything involving your location or legal name. A chatter who crosses that line is off the account. You can change the list at any time, and the change applies to the next shift.

What languages do the chatters work in?

English across all shifts. We run other languages for specific accounts depending on where the audience is, and we will tell you honestly which ones we can cover before you sign rather than after.

Fansly management covers the rest of the account work. If you want to do this job rather than hire it, see Fansly chatter jobs.

Frequently asked questions

Are Fansly chatters real people or bots?

Our Fansly chatters are trained people working shifts, and a human writes every message a subscriber receives. Software is used to track conversations and flag inactive subscribers, but not to generate replies. Subscribers who realise they are talking to a script tend to cancel, so automated messaging usually costs more in refunds than it saves in wages.

Who owns the Fansly account, the creator or the agency?

The creator owns the Fansly account and the content on it. A Fansly agency should never hold the account email, the two-factor device or the payout details, because those are what let a creator remove an agency’s access at any time. Chat staff do log into the account to answer messages, which is what chat management is, but logging in is not ownership.

What languages do Fansly chatters work in?

Our Fansly chat team works in English across all shifts, and additional languages are staffed for specific accounts depending on where the audience is. Which languages are available for a given account is confirmed in writing before a creator signs, rather than promised in general terms.
