### Can a creator leave a Fansly agency?

A creator can leave our Fansly agency, and the notice terms are written into the agreement before signing rather than described verbally. Because the creator keeps the account email and the two-factor device, agency access can be removed immediately. Any Fansly agency contract that has no exit clause, or that charges a fee to leave, deserves legal advice before signing.

### Are Fansly chatters real people or bots?

Our Fansly chatters are trained people working shifts, and a human writes every message a subscriber receives. Software is used to track conversations and flag inactive subscribers, but not to generate replies. Subscribers who realise they are talking to a script tend to cancel, so automated messaging usually costs more in refunds than it saves in wages.

### Do Fansly agencies charge upfront fees?

Our Fansly agency charges no setup fee, no retainer and no content package, and is paid only as a percentage of what an account earns. Some agencies do charge upfront, and a low commission attached to a setup fee or a paid training programme often costs more over the first quarter than a higher commission with nothing due in advance.

### Can a creator run Fansly and OnlyFans at the same time?

A creator can run Fansly and OnlyFans simultaneously, because neither platform requires exclusivity and the same content library serves both. The main reason to do so is resilience rather than income, since one platform can change a policy or lose a payment processor. A second platform usually adds meaningful income without doubling total earnings.

### Can a Fansly agency guarantee growth or Explore placement?

No Fansly agency can guarantee Explore page placement, because Fansly does not publish how that feed is ranked. A guaranteed revenue figure offered before an agency has seen an account is also not credible. What an agency can commit to in writing is the scope of work, the reporting schedule and the commission rate.

### What languages do Fansly chatters work in?

Our Fansly chat team works in English across all shifts, and additional languages are staffed for specific accounts depending on where the audience is. Which languages are available for a given account is confirmed in writing before a creator signs, rather than promised in general terms.

### Do you need a following to join a Fansly agency?

A large following is not required to join our Fansly agency, and there is no follower minimum. An existing audience on another platform helps because it gives the account a starting source of traffic, but creators who have not launched anywhere are also accepted.

### Does this Fansly agency publish case studies?

Yes. The results page lists four case studies from the team behind this agency, all OnlyFans accounts, where most of its work since 2019 has been: $2K to $33K a month in two months, a new account to $330K a month in three and a half months, a 4.5x monthly pace in 14 days, and a new account to $20K a month in six weeks. On Fansly we work the same levers: tier pricing, 24/7 chat and traffic from other platforms.

### How quickly does the agency reply to an application?

A person reads every application to our Fansly agency and replies within 24 to 48 hours, including when the answer is no. If there is a fit, the next step is a call, and the commission rate and scope are put in writing before anything is signed.

### Should a creator start on Fansly or OnlyFans first?

Most creators should start on OnlyFans and add Fansly as a second account. OnlyFans has a much larger paying audience, while Fansly offers multiple subscription tiers and a free follow that OnlyFans does not. Both platforms take 20% of creator revenue and neither requires exclusivity, so running both is possible once the first account has a routine.

### How much commission do Fansly agencies take?

Fansly agency commission is typically a percentage of the revenue an account generates. Bunny Agency charges 25%–50%, scaling with how much of the operation the agency runs, and states the exact rate in writing before a creator signs. Fansly itself separately keeps 20% of creator revenue.

### How long does onboarding with a Fansly agency take?

Onboarding with our Fansly agency takes about a week from signing. The first days are spent auditing the existing account and agreeing the subscription tier structure, after which the chat team starts on the account. A creator does not need to hand over a content library or banking details to begin.

### What does a Fansly agency look for in an applicant?

We look for creators who post consistently and treat the account as a business. An existing Fansly account is not required, and an audience on Instagram, TikTok, Reddit or X counts for more than whether a creator has already launched. Applicants must be 18 or over.

### What is a Fansly agency?

A Fansly agency manages the business side of a creator's Fansly account: subscription tier design, paid chat, retention and off-platform marketing. The creator keeps ownership of the account and the content. Agencies are normally paid a percentage of the revenue the account generates rather than a fixed fee.

### Is agency commission charged on gross or net Fansly revenue?

Agency commission can be charged on gross revenue, on net revenue after Fansly's 20% cut, or only on revenue the agency attributes to its own work, and the three produce very different bills. On a $10,000 month, a 40% rate on gross is $4,000 while 40% on net is $3,200. Creators should get the basis stated in writing before signing.

### Where is Bunny Agency registered?

Bunny Agency LLC is registered in Wyoming, United States, at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, and the operation runs from Florida with staff across several time zones. Bunny Agency is a US company with no European entity, which is why its invoices carry no EU VAT number.

### Who owns the Fansly account, the creator or the agency?

The creator owns the Fansly account and the content on it. A Fansly agency should never hold the account email, the two-factor device or the payout details, because those are what let a creator remove an agency's access at any time. Chat staff do log into the account to answer messages, which is what chat management is, but logging in is not ownership.

### Does Fansly or OnlyFans pay creators more?

OnlyFans pays most creators more in absolute terms because its audience is far larger, not because its rates are better. Fansly and OnlyFans both keep 20% of creator revenue. Fansly's advantage is structural: multiple subscription tiers on one account and a free follow tier that can be marketed to later.
