A Fansly management agency runs the account as an operation: how many subscription tiers exist, what each costs, what sits behind them, when content goes out, and what happens when a subscriber stops paying. We do that work and report on it weekly. You keep the login credentials, the payout details and the final say on pricing.

## What does a Fansly management agency actually run?

The work splits into four areas. None of them involves us deciding what you shoot.

| Area | Detail |
| --- | --- |
| Tier architecture | How many tiers, what each price point unlocks, how the free follow feeds the paid tiers |
| Content scheduling | What posts publicly to attract follows, what goes behind a tier, what sells as a one-off |
| Retention | Tracking cancellations, win-back messages, spotting the week a subscriber goes quiet |
| Reporting | A weekly written report on subscribers, revenue by tier and what changed |

Fansly supports several simultaneous subscription tiers as a native feature, which OnlyFans does not. That is the main structural difference between running the two, and it is why a tier plan copied from OnlyFans usually underprices the top of the range.

## How does onboarding work?

We read the application, reply, and run a call before anything is signed. If we work together, the first week is spent auditing the existing account and agreeing the tier structure. We do not ask for your content library or your banking details, and we do not need them.

## Who holds the account access?

You do. Our chatters log into your Fansly account, because that is what chat management is, and we would rather say that plainly than claim otherwise. The protection is that you keep the account email, the two-factor device and the payout details, so you can remove our access whenever you want. [Fansly chatting](https://fansly-agency.com/fansly-chatting/) explains who logs in and when.

## What we do not do

We do not produce your content, we do not appear on camera, and we do not take custody of your earnings. Fansly pays creators directly through the payout method on the account. We invoice our commission against that, which means we are paid after you are.

See [pricing](https://fansly-agency.com/pricing/) for the rate structure, or [results](https://fansly-agency.com/results/) for our case studies.

### Can a creator leave a Fansly agency?

A creator can leave our Fansly agency, and the notice terms are written into the agreement before signing rather than described verbally. Because the creator keeps the account email and the two-factor device, agency access can be removed immediately. Any Fansly agency contract that has no exit clause, or that charges a fee to leave, deserves legal advice before signing.

### How long does onboarding with a Fansly agency take?

Onboarding with our Fansly agency takes about a week from signing. The first days are spent auditing the existing account and agreeing the subscription tier structure, after which the chat team starts on the account. A creator does not need to hand over a content library or banking details to begin.

### Who owns the Fansly account, the creator or the agency?

The creator owns the Fansly account and the content on it. A Fansly agency should never hold the account email, the two-factor device or the payout details, because those are what let a creator remove an agency's access at any time. Chat staff do log into the account to answer messages, which is what chat management is, but logging in is not ownership.
